1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of mops do you offer?
We offer microfiber flat mops, spin mops, sponge mops, and cotton string mops. Mop heads are machine washable (check label). Some mops require assembly.

5. What types of towels do you offer?
We offer bath towels, hand towels, face towels, and microfiber cleaning cloths. All towels are made from 100% cotton or cotton blends. Towels should be washed before first use to improve absorbency.

6. What types of trash cans do you offer?
We offer step/pedal cans, touchless/sensor cans, stainless steel cans, plastic cans, and outdoor cans. Sizes range from 1-50+ gallons.

7. How do I care for my mop?

• Rinse mop head after each use.

• Machine wash removable mop heads in cold water; air dry or tumble dry low.

• Do not use fabric softener (reduces absorbency).

• Replace mop head when worn.

8. How do I care for my towels?

• Wash before first use.

• Machine wash warm with like colors; use mild detergent.

• Avoid bleach and fabric softener (coats fibers, reduces absorbency).

• Tumble dry low; remove promptly.

9. How do I care for my trash can?

• Wipe with disinfectant wipes or mild soap and water.

• For stainless steel, use stainless steel cleaner.

• For sensor cans, replace batteries as needed.

• Deep clean periodically with baking soda and vinegar.

10. What safety standards do your products meet?

• Towels: 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability).

• Trash Cans: No specific mandatory standards; comply with general CPSC safety requirements (no sharp edges, stable base).

• Mops: General product safety standards.
